Female Lawyer in Lahore For Legal Case

What is Main Purpose of Attorney?

An attorney is a professional who provides legal services to clients. The main purpose of an attorney is to represent their clients in legal matters and to provide them with legal advice. Attorneys typically work in private law firms, but they may also work in the public sector, for the government, or for non-profit organizations.

There are many different roles that attorneys can play in our society. Perhaps the most important role that attorneys play is that of advocate. An advocate is someone who represents a client in a court of law. Attorneys are also responsible for providing legal advice to their clients. This advice can be given in many different settings, including in person, over the phone, or in writing.

Another important role that attorneys play is that of negotiator. When two parties are involved in a legal dispute, they may be able to settle their differences without going to court. This is often done with the help of an attorney, who can act as a mediator between the two parties.

Lastly, attorneys also play a role in preventative law. This means that they help their clients to avoid legal problems before they arise. Attorneys do this by advising their clients on how to comply with the law and by drafting contracts and other legal documents.
