what if Husband Does Not Agree to Khula

 If your husband does not agree to a khula, you can still obtain one by going to court. You will need to file a petition for divorce and state that you have attempted to reconcile with your husband but he has refused. The court will then grant you a divorce based on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. 

If the husband does not agree to khula, the wife can still obtain a divorce by filing a petition with the court. The court will then hear both sides of the case and make a decision. If the wife is granted a divorce, she will be free to remarry.
